In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "KYC" — Know Your Customer, the identity and age verification process required by hao288 before processing withdrawals or upon any account review.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used by hao288 for all scheduling, cut-off times, and support hours.
• "IDR / Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency accepted and displayed on hao288.

hao288 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion without being obligated to provide a specific reason, subject to returning any verified Real Money Balance to the Member.

hao288 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and compliant platform. Identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) is a mandatory requirement for all Members. hao288 may request verification documents at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal, following unusual account activity, or upon routine review.

Verification documents typically required include:

• A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport;
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document confirming your current residential address in Indonesia;
• Proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for transactions (e.g., a screenshot of the account name from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, or GoPay).

Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC verification is complete. hao288 aims to process KYC reviews within 1–3 business days of receiving all required documents. Failure to prov ide satisfactory documentation within 30 days of a request may result in account suspension pending resolution.

All financial transactions on hao288 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following payment methods are supported:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless specifically stated otherwise in the offer terms;
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the Bonus Funds amount unless otherwise stated;

• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or using automated strategies — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

All wagers placed on hao288 are subject to the specific game or sport rules applicable to that market. General betting rules that apply across all markets include:

• All bets are final once confirmed by hao288's system. Members are responsible for checking their bet slip before confirmation;
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrectly displayed odd, hao288 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Member's account;
• For football markets, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and Piala AFF (AFF Cup), settlement is based on the result at the end of regulation time (90 minutes plus added time) unless otherwise specified. Voor bola (Asian handicap), mix parlay (accumulator), and Over/Under markets follow their own supplementary rules as displayed on the relevant market page;
• For live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), results are determined by the certified game engine or live dealer outcome. Disconnection from a live game session does not void a placed bet; the bet will be settled based on the game outcome at the time of disconnection;

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hao288 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances (where legally permissible), and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one hao288 account, regardless of device, IP address, or identity used;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration, KYC, or at any other stage;
• Using or attempting to use any software, bot, algorithm, script, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage on the platform;
• Engaging in, facilitating, or having prior knowledge of match-fixing, result manipulation, or any corrupt activity related to an event on which a wager is placed;

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. hao288's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in that Member's account at the time the relevant claim arises. This limitation does not affect statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.

hao288 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, hao288 will publish the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where reasonably practicable, notify active Members via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the hao288 platform following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised document. If you do not agree to any revised terms, you must cease using the platform and contact hao288 support to arrange closure of your account and return of any verified Real Money Balance.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
